Jordan successfully hosts first Valencia CF Camp

Valencia CF have completed in recent weeks their first Football Camp in Jordan, thus strengthening the link with this Middle Eastern country and with The Bridge SC, of which the VCF Academy is a Technical Partner.

More than 60 children between 10 and 18 years old have participated in this first edition of the Campus that Valencia CF has developed in Jordan in collaboration with The Bridge SC and that has counted with the presence of technicians from the VCF Academy to expose the work methodology that is carried out in the Ciutat Esportiva of Valencia CF and that makes the VCF Academy the sixth best in Europe in the training of players for the elite, according to the latest report of the CIES Football Observatory.

"The organisation of this I VCF Soccer Camp in Amman has been a great success on all levels" explains Ivan Beroiz, co-founder and coach of The Bridge SC. "It has given our players the chance to learn about the values and methodology of the VCF Academy. It is another step in the close collaboration between Valencia CF and The Bridge SC in Jordan," he concludes.

Last season the VCF Academy became a Technical Partner of The Bridge SC, a high-performance academy founded in 2021 in Amman, the capital of Jordan, and whose main objective is to develop local players who can make the leap to professional football or who can access scholarships to combine their studies with their football career in other countries.

In addition to the Valencia CF Campus in Jordan, The Bridge SC players will participate this season in the VCF Academy World Cup and the VCF Elite Camp, as well as the VCF Training Experience at the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna.

Expansion in the Middle East
Valencia CF's presence and links with Jordan are part of the Club's expansion process in the Middle East, where in recent months it has also held Campuses in other countries such as Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, and the growing interest in the working methodology of the VCF Academy.
